intense air conditioning limited breakfast
The air conditioning was quite intense. Even on the lowest setting, it felt very cold. i asked about adjusting it, but nothing really changed. also, the breakfast options were very limited. It was the same food every single day. a little variety would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location proved very convenient, with the station just a short walk away.. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I found the room clean and spacious, something I especially valued.
Soundproofing could be slightly improved as I could hear some noise from the hallway.

excellent location spacious room
the location is excellent, really very close to the subway. lots of eateries are around too. the room is spacious by standard standards, so i was pleased.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

decent stay with some issues
high humidity no weekend housekeeping
the air conditioning system did not function as expected. The room had excessive humidity, so the floor was damp. i also noted that housekeeping did not service the rooms during weekends. From friday until check-out, the room remained uncleaned, and fresh towels were not provided.

okay stay
clean room reasonable pricing ideal location poor soundproofing connecting door no toiletries
i liked the clean room very much it was maintained well. the pricing seemed highly reasonable. i found the location in south kowloon ideal for my needs.
i think the soundproofing needs improvement i heard the guest next door. there was a connecting door and i could hear conversations. i also found no toiletries provided such as soap and shampoo.

The location is convenient. It is close to many restaurants. the staff were very friendly. Their service was excellent.
the air conditioning was too cold, i could not turn it off completely. there were no amenities like soap provided in the room.
